How much does it cost?
A Launch Sprint starts at $3,500 and is typically $3,500 to $5,500. If it includes an AI feature or two outside integrations, it is $6,500 to $9,000. It is a fixed price: the exact number goes into a written scope before any build work starts. The first step, Scope & Prototype, is $500 and is credited to the sprint if you go ahead within 30 days.
How long does it take?
3 to 4 weeks from the day the written scope is signed. The scope names the first milestone and the launch date, and you get a written update every day, so you always know where things stand.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name and is deployed on your own accounts (hosting, database, domain), so you are never locked in. You also get a recorded walkthrough and 14 days of bug fixes after launch.
I'm in a different time zone. Does that work?
Yes. I work from New Delhi (IST) and run the project on daily written updates, so most of it does not need a live call. Calls are on weekdays 6-7am ET (11am-12pm UK) or on weekends. Founders in the UK, Europe and the Gulf overlap well with my day, and US founders wake up to progress.
What if the scope changes?
It happens, and it is fine. Anything outside the written scope is a change request: I tell you the price and how it moves the date, in writing, and I start only after you say yes. Nothing is added to the bill quietly.
Do you use AI tools to build?
Yes, openly. I use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to move faster, and I read, test and take responsibility for everything that ships. It is part of why a fixed price and a 3 to 4 week timeline are realistic.
